At the opening ceremony, The President of the forum, CAI Zhaohui, vice President of the Institute of Overseas Education, reviewed the past six forums and introduced the theme and keynote of this forum, saying that the main purpose of the Forum is to provide a valuable platform for Chinese and foreign students to communicate and grow up together.
