Undergraduate students studying abroad:

The 2019 ~ 2020 academic year Excellent Scholarship evaluation has begun. The relevant work is hereby notified as follows. Eligible undergraduate students are requested to apply actively.

I. Application qualification

1. Undergraduate students who are not in the graduating class and have been studying for more than one academic year;

2. Love China and Chinese culture, actively participate in various activities organized by the school and college, and maintain good interpersonal relations;

3. Abide by school rules and regulations and dormitory management regulations, and have no disciplinary record;

4. I have excellent academic performance and passed all courses.

Ii. Amount and proportion of scholarship

Outstanding Scholarship:

First prize: RMB 3,000 yuan/person, accounting for 3% of the class;

Second prize: RMB 1000 / person, accounting for 8% of the class;

Third prize: RMB 500 / person, accounting for 17% of the class.

Individual scholarships can be divided into academic stars, sports stars, arts stars, social activities stars and growth stars. The award amount is 500 yuan per person. The specific number of applicants will be determined according to the application situation.

Iv. Application materials

1. Paper application materials: The "Application Form for Excellent Scholarship in Learning" (printed version) filled in by myself (please see the attachment);

2. Transcript for the 2019-2020 academic year.

4. Bank receipt.

V. Evaluation process

1. Before 16:00, October 2, all international students should apply according to their own conditions and submit relevant application materials to the instructor.

2. Before 16:30 on October 6, counselors shall complete the accounting, proofreading and summary of Students' G1, G2 and G3;

3. Before 16:30 on October 9, all instructors and teachers shall submit summary materials to the Student Affairs Office of overseas Education College

4. Before 16:30 on October 15, the overseas Education Institute shall complete the selection and recommendation;

5. The publicity will be completed from October 16 to 22.

Six, description,

Due to the impact of COVID-19, curriculum assessment and extracurricular activities in the second semester of the 2019-2020 academic year are somewhat different from those in the past. Therefore, the evaluation of excellent scholarship for the 2019-2020 academic year is as follows:

1. If the student has no violation of discipline and regulations, the basic quality assessment score (G1) will be calculated according to the full score.

2. Academic record (G2) The summary of academic record provided by the Academic Affairs Office shall prevail. If a student applies for postponement of the examination, he/she should indicate on the application form the name of the course and the reason for postponing the examination.

3. The DIATHesis Development Assessment Score (G3) only calculates various activities in the 2019-2020 academic year, and students must provide relevant supporting materials. The specific participation will be subject to the participation record of the organization activities of each unit.
