In order to ensure the smooth progress of the work related to graduate student status this semester, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Semester registration

According to the regulations of Jiangsu University for The Management of The Student Status of Graduate Students studying in China, graduate students studying in China must register in time after each semester (registration at the counselor's office). Those who fail to register within 2 weeks will be expelled from school.

Two, the course result registration form hand in

All colleges shall cooperate with each other to urge the delivery of the "Registration Form for graduate Students studying in China" for the class of 2017 and previous old students' courses, and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office of the Institute of Overseas Education no later than March 1st (Friday of the first week).

3. Proposal arrangement for overseas master students and doctoral students

The duration of postgraduate study in China is 3 years, the minimum is 2 years. If the graduate students of the class of 2017 plan to submit their theses for review in the first half of 2020, they must complete and pass the dissertation proposal by the end of June this year at the latest.

The length of schooling for doctoral students studying in China is 3 years. If the doctoral candidate of 2017 overseas study plans to submit his/her thesis for review in the first half of 2020, he/she should have completed the dissertation proposal by now.
